This new restaurant caught my eye and the reviews drew me in. We eat keto at home and eating out is a challenge. There are so many options here that we all can eat.

The lemonade is sweetened with Lakanto. They have creme brûlée made with the same.

You pick a meat, two sides, and they have drinks and desserts. The lady taking our order gave me suggestions on keeping it keto.

They also have seasonal options. My husband dove into Brussels sprouts with glee and I was tempted by the lavender lemonade.

If you are keto, give a try. Paleo? Vegetarian? Gluten free? Come on in! This is an exciting Addition to the local fare.

The meat was damn good, had the virasiracha chicken, homie had the steak.

Neither one of us really enjoyed the sides, the slaw was just cabbage with some avocado and pineapple....weird flavor combo.

Meat was amazing though, I will be back again for the meat.

This place is super cute and I am so happy to have them in the neighborhood! Do you like dinosaurs and good food? Well, then you're in for a treat!

We went there for dinner last week and everything we had was great. I had a spicy chicken skewer (which was pleasantly actually spicey!) a dinosaur egg, and the roll. My partner had the brussel sprout special, a meat skewer, and a roll.

The food came out really quickly, everything was very tasty, the ingredients were really high quality and the food was healthy while still being very tasty. Plus everyone working was really friendly and gave great recommendations. Their food is very friendly to people with food allergies, the food car was grain, gluten, tree nut, legume, soy, and cow-dairy free. I am assuming the restaurant is the same.

The restaurant itself is a little small but it's got tons of character. The dinosaurs mural is awesome and I love all of the plants and the overall Jurassic Park vibe to everything. I would totally go back and wish them good luck. There's kind of a food desert between 60th and 82nd and I am happy to have a great option join us.

    *** Gluten Free Review ****

Jurassic Roll w/whipped herb goat cheese - 3*, it was a little too dense and dry for my tastes,  The goat cheese went well with it although I felt there wasn't enough for the top piece.  I think if they ferment the dough for 2-3 days (cold) it might had some more holes inside and not make it do dense

Dijonadon Chicken Skewer - 4*, the only reason it's not 5* is that some of the pieces were out pink (2 of them).  The flavoring was perfect and not too sweet and it went well with the goat cheese and roll (diy sandwich).  I did not taste much thyme so it was more of a honey-dijon flavor but not really.  I had to look at the menu again to see what I ordered as I was definitely not getting a mustard vibe from the sauce.  Either was it's really good and complemented the meal really well.

Seasonal Salad - 5*, none of the ingredients over powered each other and it was the most balanced salad I've ever had.  I didn't feel like it needs anything more and it was perfect by itself.  I had a few bites with the chicken and the roll, and it went well with them as well.  The fruits added just a touch of sweetness to balance out the bitterness of the greens. The goat cheese helped blend everything else together.

Tumeric Tonic (hot) - 5*, unlike most places that go overboard with the ACV, this just had a hint of the vinegar flavor just enough for you to know it's there but not over powering.  The ginger was nice and spicy and went well with the black pepper.  The lemon and vinegar balanced each other out and the dried tumeric didn't have that overwelming earthy taste.

This place will definitely join my rotation of places to eat when I'm in the area.  Everything is gluten-free (Celiac's welcome) and they have everything labeled for special diets so that you know what options are available: Keto, Sweetener Free, Nightshade Free, Egg Free, Onion & Garlic Free, & Vegan options.  That being said, if you are vegan you might leave hungry as I don't think 3 sides would be enough food.  The Skewer, 2 sides, and the tonic were enough to fill me up and we're pretty calorie dense.
